We know that during your stay questions, concerns, and/or complaints may come up, with your roommates or about the unit itself. This article covers some things that you’ll likely come across and how to navigate them. Our resident support team (RST) is available from 9 AM to 7:30 PM (EST) and can help with any questions related to billing, utilities and wifi, property access, roommate issues, or in general. You can easily do so by sending us a ticket from your Resident Portal.
